1 pound grass-fed ground beef (90% lean or better)
1 pound fresh, Papa George 100% Natural Pork Sausage Roll (Regular or Hot flavor)
1 onion, chopped
10 ounces processed American cheese, cubed
32 ounces cocktail rye bread or French bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large skillet, brown ground beef, sausage and onion. Stir cheese into the mixture and cook until the cheese melts. Arrange slices of bread on a cookie sheet, place heaping spoonsful of the mixture onto each slice of bread.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
