2 12-oz packages of Papa George’s Reduced Fat Pork Sausage Roll (Regular and Sage)
1 lb extra lean (90% or better) ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup instant potato flakes
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1 can beef broth
½ cup milk
½ tablespoon salt
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and shape into a 7-inch meatball. Place in crock-pot. Cook on Low 6 to 7 hours. Remove and cut into wedges.
Makes 6 to 7 wedges.
