This is a “for all ages” recipe that our family has enjoyed all year around, and more so in the winter and spring season.  It is simple, delicious, and very easy to prepare.


2 12-oz Papa George’s All Natural Italian and Regular Pork Sausage rolls (reduced fat)

1 Mild Spaghetti Sauce container

1 16-oz package of Penne Rigate pasta

1/2 cup of parsley

Cooking Instructions

  1. Thaw the pork sausage rolls overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Mix the meat in a bowl and form in meatballs shape
  3. Place meat balls in a hot skillet and brown
  4. Once sausage balls are browned, pour the spaghetti sauce in the skillet and cook on low heat for approximately 15 minutes. Add the parsley prior to serving with a gluten free pasta of your choice.

Makes 7 servings.  Enjoy!
