“This recipe tastes incredible, but a much healthier, lower calorie option.  I serve it with a fresh fruit platter, bottle of red wine (cabernet), (Red Zin), or (Merlot).  My husband even scoops it up w/organic chips and says it has delicious taste.  When I demo in the stores, I cook Papa George’s all natural reduced fat sausage rolls in an electric frying pan or prepared ahead and served from a warm crockpot.


1- Roll Papa George’s Hot All-Natural, Low Fat Gluten Free

1- 10 oz Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies

1- 14.1 oz. Amy’s Organic Cream of Mushroom Soup, Gluten Free

1- Cup Skim or 1% Milk

1- Cup Cubed Velveeta

Cooking Instructions

Melt the cubed cheese & milk w/microwave Brown Papa George’s Roll Sausage in pan stove top (keep liquid, do not drain). Add Cream of Mushroom Soup Add Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilis (include liquid, do not drain).   Cook all together into same pan w/browned roll sausage on low-medium heat.  Serve warm w/ Tortilla Chips. (Recommend Organic 12oz Yellow Corn Whole Grain Tortilla Chips).  Heavier, thicker chip that holds up well w/dips.
